Closing Gifts for Real Estate Brokerages

A closing gift is bought one at a time but that is a terrible way to source it. Brokerages that buy a run up front — personalised per client as each deal closes — get a better gift for less money, and every agent hands over something consistent rather than whatever they grabbed that week.

What we'd make for this

  • Client surname and closing date etched per piece
  • Agent or brokerage mark on the base, never across the front
  • A pair rather than a single — it is a household, not a person
  • Boxed ready to hand over at the table

Straight answer

A bigger budget is not what makes this land

The thing clients remember about a closing gift is that it had their name and their date on it, not what it cost. If the choice is between a generic item at twice the price and a personalised one at half, take the personalised one. That is also the cheaper answer, which is unusual enough to say out loud.

Questions buyers ask

How does personalising work if we do not know the clients yet?

A two-stage stock and lettering process may be possible on a suitable piece. We would need to agree who holds the blanks, how names are supplied, the turnaround and replenishment terms before offering it.

Can individual agents order on their own?

The economics only work at a run size, so this is a brokerage purchase rather than a per-agent one. If you are an individual agent, our Etsy shop is the better route for one-off pieces.

What is the cost per gift?

It depends on form, personalisation, and run size, so we quote rather than list. Send us a target per-gift number and we will tell you straight away whether it is achievable.
