What this site knows about you

The data controller is TRIPBENTO PTE. LTD., registered in Singapore and trading as RiKU Ceramics. Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act applies to us. Because we sell to people in the UK and the EU, the UK and EU GDPR apply to those buyers’ data as well, and the rights set out at the end of this page are available to everyone regardless of where they live.

The one place this site takes personal information is the quote form. If you submit one, we store exactly the fields it asks for:

• your name, company, email, and — if you give them — phone and website;
• country, city, and business type;
• what you are asking for: product, shape, capacity, glaze, logo method, quantity, the date you need it by, and any notes you write;
• a logo file, if you attach one, stored in a private bucket and used only to quote and produce your order;
• which campaign brought you here, if you arrived from a tagged link.

Our server adds two things to that record: your browser’s user-agent string, and the two-letter country our host derives from your connection. We do not store your IP address.

The logo studio renders your logo on a cup entirely inside your browser. The file is not sent to us while you are playing with it. It reaches us only if you then submit a quote request with it attached — and at that point it is covered by the section above.

• Payment details. Retail checkout happens on Etsy. Card numbers never touch this site.
• Accounts or passwords. There is nothing to sign into.
• A cart or purchase history. This site does not sell; it quotes, and it links out.

We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which pages people arrive on. It is configured with a measurement ID and nothing else; we do not pass it your name, email or anything you typed into a form, and we run it with IP anonymisation on and Google’s advertising and personalisation signals off.

It only loads if you allow it. Decline and the script is never fetched — no _ga cookie is created and no pageview reaches Google. There is no cart and no login here, so nothing on this site needs a cookie in order to work, which is why there is no “strictly necessary” category to carve out and nothing is pre-ticked. If no measurement ID is configured, the script is not loaded regardless.

We use a small number of processors, each for one job:

• Vercel — hosting and serving this site.
• Supabase — the database row your quote request becomes, and the private bucket your logo goes into.
• Resend — emails us that a quote came in, so we can reply. Your address is the reply-to.
• Google Analytics — traffic counts, as above.
• Etsy — where retail orders are placed. Once you follow a link there, Etsy’s privacy policy governs, not ours.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Quote requests and attached logos are kept while the enquiry is live and for as long as we may reasonably need them afterwards — a repeat order usually starts from the last one. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Email riku@rikuceramics.com from the address you used and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will act on it. Depending on where you live, you may also have a right to complain to your local data protection authority.
