Customization methods
Available methods and combinations depend on the actual cup, glaze and quantity.

Sending us your artwork
You don't need print-ready files to start — but the better the artwork, the cleaner the result. Here's what we work with.
Best: vector files
AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG. Scales to any cup size and lets us colour-separate cleanly for the kiln.
Also works: high-res PNG
Transparent background, at least 1000 px on the longest side. We'll tell you if it needs redrawing.
No vector? We redraw it
We can check whether a redraw is needed and quote any artwork work before starting.
You approve a proof first
Agree the proof and any physical sample required for your order before production.
Colour: tell us single- or full-colour, plus any Pantone to match. Placement: side, bottom, handle, inside, or on the saucer.

MOQ / Production time
There is no one minimum or lead time for the whole range. Production and freight are quoted separately.
Send the cup or reference you prefer, quantity, artwork, destination and required date. We will check the suitable production partner, sample process, minimum order, any setup charges and achievable schedule. A rush option is discussed only when it is available for that design.
Testing & market requirements
Documentation must match the actual body, glaze, decoration and destination market.
Tell us which food-contact, washing or market requirements apply to your order. We will identify which product-specific reports are available and their scope, or tell you if evidence for the selected material and finish is not available. A report for one product or decoration is not proof for the entire range.
