A custom order moves through product selection, quotation, any sampling, production and delivery. We confirm the timing of each stage for your chosen piece before you commit.

    Quote

    By brief

    We check product availability, suitable decoration, minimum order, sample needs and the response schedule before providing a product-specific quote.

    Sample

    If required

    For a first run, discuss a physical sample to check form, colour, texture and logo placement. Cost, timing and any credit terms are agreed in the quote.

  4. 04

    PO & deposit

    Agreed in writing

    Once the specification, proof, price and timeline are agreed, we confirm the order and its payment terms in writing before production begins.

    Production

    Quoted per order

    Production follows the approved specification. The schedule, progress updates and any rush option depend on the selected product and partner.

    Quality control

    By specification

    We agree acceptable variation, inspection criteria and any required records for the batch. Ask for a specific AQL level or third-party inspection in your brief.

    Delivery

    By destination

    Packaging, carrier, tracking, transit and any DDP or DAP arrangement are confirmed for the destination in the quote.
